SKILLS
- Working Knowledge of Job portals for Job Posting Like Naukri Gulf, Indeed and Monster.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to details and advanced organization skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with recruiting managers to determine workforce requirements and formulate recruitment tactics.
- Use a range of sourcing techniques to find, evaluate, and interview applicants.
- Create and keep a pool of competent applicants for use in present and upcoming recruiting needs.a track record of finding and recruiting qualified people for a range of positions.
